Summer Cooking Classes in the Hamptons for Kids, Teens, and Adults

Yesterday, I had a great meeting with our chefs in Bridgehampton where we discussed various recipes we will dive into in our cooking classes, Feast in the Kitchen, in the Hamptons this summer! Our cooking classes will emphasize cooking dishes from scratch, and also using fresh, local ingredients from local farms.

We talked about the importance of quality and how every dish must be authentic to its roots. We brainstormed meals from Italy, France, Brazil, Vietnam, and more. Where does this dish come from? What is its history? How has it evolved or not evolved over time? In addition to creating the meals in our cooking class, it’s important to have a wholistic understanding of the food we are making. Stay tuned as we announce our recipes for Feast in the Kitchen cooking camp in the coming days!
